"Course(s)" refers to the digital educational courses offered by Composure Coach, including but not limited to the "Stress Less Strategy" course, which consists of pre-recorded videos and downloadable guides. "Content" means all text, graphics, images, video, audio, software, data compilations, downloadable guides, and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of our Website or Courses. "Services" encompasses the use of the Website, account registration, and the purchase and access to Courses. "User" means any person who accesses the Website or uses the Services.  

To use our Services and purchase our Courses, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.  

To purchase and access our Courses, you must register for an account. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Maintain the security of your password and login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@composurecoach.com of any unauthorized use of your account. Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Your account is non-transferable.  

Payment: Courses require a one-time payment, processed through our third-party payment processor, Wix. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the charge upon purchase.  

Access: Upon successful payment confirmation, you will be granted access to the purchased Course materials via your user account. This access is granted for the lifetime of the specific Course product, meaning for as long as Composure Coach makes that Course available. We reserve the right to discontinue the Course product in the future, though we intend to provide reasonable notice if feasible.

  • Policy After 30-days: Refund requests received after the 30-day guarantee period has expired will not be granted. Due to the immediate access provided to all digital course content and materials, all sales are considered final after this initial 30-day window. 

  • Consequences of Refund: Upon issuance of a refund, your access to The Stress-Less Strategy course materials, platform, and any associated resources or support will be immediately revoked.

All Content included on the Website and within the Courses, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Composure Coach, our affiliates, or other relevant third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, software, and downloadable guides.  

By purchasing a Course, Composure Coach grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.  

You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Content in any manner, except as expressly permitted herein.  

You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website or Services. Specifically, you agree not to: Share your account login credentials with any other person. Copy, duplicate, distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or exploit any Course Content or materials provided to you, beyond your personal, non-commercial use as permitted by the license grant in Section 6. Use any Course Content or information gained from the Services to create or contribute to any product or service that competes with Composure Coach or our Courses. Use the Website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Interfere with or disrupt the Website, Services, or servers/networks connected to the Services. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, Services, or other accounts.  

Educational Purposes Only: The Content provided in the "Stress Less Strategy" Course and on the Website is for informational and educational purposes only. It is designed to provide general information regarding stress management techniques.  

Not Professional Healthcare Advice: Composure Coach is not a healthcare provider. The Courses and Content do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, counseling, or any other type of professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using our Services does not create a therapist-patient or any professional-client relationship.

"As Is" Basis: The Website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.  

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Composure Coach, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.  

In no event shall Composure Coach's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount paid by you to Composure Coach for the specific Course giving rise to the claim.  

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Composure Coach and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or Services.  

Your use of the Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.  

Our Website is hosted, and payments are processed, by Wix. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. Composure Coach is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Wix or any other third-party service provider.  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 14 (Governing Law), and 16-18 (General Provisions) shall survive termination.  

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services by contacting us at support@composurecoach.com and engaging in good faith negotiations for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.  

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material (as determined in our sole discretion), we will provide reasonable notice prior to the new terms taking effect. Notice may be provided by posting the updated terms on the Website or by sending an email notification to the email address associated with your account.  

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.  

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Composure Coach regarding your use of the Website and Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Composure Coach.
